I'm Victoria White, a PMP-certified workforce project lead and the founder of WB Transformation Consulting. I've worked from the front line to HR leadership, in high-turnover, high-stakes environments like healthcare and supply chain. Again and again, I saw good people blamed for problems that were really broken processes, unclear ownership and training that never stuck.
So I built my practice around one idea: fix the system, not the people. I map how work actually happens, design onboarding, training and SOPs that fit your team, and lead the rollout myself. Then I check at 30, 60 and 90 days that people are working the new way.
