I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Bridgeport. I lead HR and workforce projects for growing companies without a big HR team: onboarding and training builds, HR system rollouts, process and SOP builds, organization design and change management.
I don't hand you a report and walk away. I plan the project and run it with your team.
