As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Bridgeport. I partner with healthcare organizations to redesign the systems holding their teams back. My work spans HR strategy, talent development, onboarding redesign, training programs, and systems implementation. All grounded in the belief that when you fix the system, people thrive.
